One-off bookings
To book the village hall for a single event, simply follow these steps:
Check whether the date you are looking for is available on the hall calendar
Read through the terms and conditions of hire below
Complete the one-off booking form - click here for Google doc format or download the Microsoft Word version below
Pay for your event by bank transfer or cheque (you'll find all the details on the booking form)
Return the form with your payment to gullanevillagehallbookings@gmail.com
We will be in touch to confirm your booking within seven days.
Regular and block bookings
To book the village hall for a series of classes or activities, please complete the regular & block booking form (click here for Google doc format or download the Microsoft Word version below. We will then contact you to discuss the details and rates.
Event layouts and maximum numbers
The maximum number of people you can have at your event will depend on the way you lay the hall out, the numbers of tables and chairs you use etc. You'll find below six layout plans for the most popular types of events in the hall, showing maximum numbers. All of these have been approved as meeting the hall's fire and safety regulations.
If you are planning a large-scale event, we recommend that you use one of these layouts. If however you need an alternative layout, please email gullanevillagehallbookings@gmail.com and we'll be happy to discuss other options with you.
